(5) Grab the helmet with both hands and try to slide it side-to-side and front to back. The helmet shouldn't 'rattle' easily when you do this. (6) Try on you goggles with the helmet to make sure the goggles fit with the helmet. (7)If needed, fine tune the fit with the extra padding included in the helmet box.
